It’s our first week of Fall term, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know the older children… By “older,” I mean 4-9 year olds 😂
People ask me what I impart to them. Yes, I want them to learn proper skills and technique… but at the end of the day, I want them to realise that what makes them shine onstage is the belief they have in themselves. (Even we adults need reminders of this every now and then! 😊)
While educators provide the tools and environment, this faith in themselves is a learning that only they can achieve.
And once they’ve discovered that confidence, they have earned something no one else can take away ❤️
